Support and complaints
For service questions, refunds, renewal cancellation and complaints, email pavela@support.app or use the support page. To identify a payment, include the account email and transaction reference if available. Do not send payment-card credentials or sign-in codes.
Privacy and account deletion
Send access, correction, data-copy or account-deletion requests to pavela@support.app. For account requests, use the email associated with the account so we can verify ownership. Account deletion is handled through support and permanently removes the account’s saved content.
